Course Description

Offered through Professional Services and Executive Education, this course is designed for sales professionals ready to step into leadership roles. Participants will learn how to transition from individual contributor to sales manager by developing skills in coaching, team motivation, performance management, and strategic decision-making. Through interactive instruction led by ECU faculty, the program equips future sales leaders with the tools to drive results, build trust, and lead high-performing teams.
