Course Description

This multi-day series builds advanced negotiation, influence, and conflict-resolution skills. Through interactive case studies, simulations, and applied exercises, participants will learn how to manage conflict effectively, detect deception, navigate power imbalances, overcome cognitive biases, and create & claim value during negotiations.
Completion of the series earns a recognized microcredential in high-level negotiation strategy.

Learning Objectives

  • Apply structured negotiation frameworks to prepare effectively, establish goals, define BATNA, and implement value-creating strategies iin professional negotiation scenarios.
  • Formulate and implement adaptive negotiation strategies that leverage diagnostic questioning, persuasive framing, and stakeholder analysis to shape outcomes in complex, high-stakes situations.
  • Evaluate and respond to difficult negotiation scenarios involving conflict, bias, or ethical uncertainty by applying emotional regulation, reframing techniques, and structured decision-making frameworks.
