Course Description

 

Leaders grow and develop people. You will learn the coaching skills and tools needed to support others in the delivery of projects and initiatives, while supporting the continuous growth and development of your people. Through interactive exercises and role-playing, you will learn to engage employees as coaches and advocates, fostering a workplace where employees thrive and contribute to the organization’s long-term strategic success. You will leave with a plan to better develop your team members and self, and the skills needed to execute this plan.
