In this session, you will delve into concepts such as unconscious bias, allyship, and organizational culture to understand how great leaders leverage inclusive environments as a source of competitive advantage. You will be provided opportunities for self-assessment, organizational evaluation, and the development of action-plans to drive a culture of inclusion in your own professional circumstances.
