Great leaders leverage differences and create inclusive cultures to build better answers to the opportunities and challenges confronting their teams or organization. In this session, you will delve into concepts such as unconscious bias, allyship, and organizational culture to understand how great leaders leverage inclusive environments as a source of competitive advantage. You will be provided opportunities for self-assessment, organizational evaluation, and the development of action-plans to drive a culture of inclusion in your own professional circumstances.
