Course Description

Armed with a framework and understanding of the disciplines, tools, and practices of extraordinary leadership, all leaders completing the 21st Century Leadership series will engage in a series of exit coaching sessions. These sessions include a 2-hour assessment and goal-planning session, and three 60-minute follow-up sessions. The sessions are designed to support you in the    on-going application of learned practices and approaches.
