21st Century Leadership Program
The 21st Century Leadership micro-credentialing program is a seven-course series focused on developing critical capabilities needed to grow an individual's impact as a leader. It is designed to equip current and aspiring leaders with the understanding, skills, and tools to lead strategically. They will learn to build a team or organization that is goal-focused and vision-driven while creating an environment for people to thrive, grow, and contribute.
Upon completion of the workshop series, participants will engage in a series of coaching sessions designed to create a leadership development plan specific to their challenges and opportunities. Courses can be taken individually or as a series leading to credentialing as a 21st Century Leader through the East Carolina University College of Business.

Location & Format
Hosted on the Main Campus of East Carolina University, the courses are designed to be an immersive experience that encourage self-reflection and peer support. Participants will be exposed and gain experience in the application of leading practices and research on leadership effectiveness.
The Workshop format places significant emphasis on the participant’s strategic application of course material to their own leadership responsibilities, including the development of specific action plans for implementation.
Cost
The cost of the credentialing series is $3,800 ($475/course) and includes program materials and meals. Individual courses can be purchased for $525.
